Shipping Disclosure

Our shipping policy is subject to change at any time. Listed below are the expected shipping times but may not accurately reflect each individual customers specific shipping time.

Store Processing

Orders received after 5 pm will be processed the next business day. 

Allow 3-5 business days processing time (weekend and holidays are excluded).This processing time is taken to ensure ALL orders are non-fraudulent and no attempts at chargebacks have been made by customers or suspicious individuals. If your order has been marked as fraudulent we will NOT fulfill the order and you will be blocked from making future purchases. 

We want to ensure orders are processed accurately and as soon as possible. Orders are expected to be received within 7 to 10 days from original purchase date. In order to handle the quantity of orders we receive daily, orders are processed through our quality assurance check before being sent to fulfillment team.

Customers will be notified by email with a tracking number, updates and shipping label will be created.

Changes to Orders

Please contact us by email at info.mohaganire@gmail.com with your order number and change requests. We cannot guarantee that your requests will be accommodated due to product availability and if the order has already been shipped. If we can NOT make a change to your order before it has shipped, please review our Return/Exchange policy.

Missing or Damaged Packages

Unfortunately changes cannot be made once packages have left the fulfillment department.

If you are missing your package or your order has been delivered to the incorrect address, the customer must contact their local post office. We cannot intercept mail that has been shipped.

For shipments that have been damaged due to poor handling of the service carrier, please file a claim with USPS or delivery courier.
