Refund policy

ALL REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED IN STORE CREDIT ONLY. 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the original date of purchase to request a return. Return packages must be postmarked within 14 days from the date of purchase. Returns made after the 14 days from the date of purchase will not be accepted and store credit will not be issued.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and with tags attached.

Refunds issued in store credits will be processed 7 to 10 business days (weekends and holidays are excluded).

Shipping fees are non refundable.

To start a return, contact us via email at info.mohaganire@gmail.com. If your return or exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us via email immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned/exchange: jewelry, bodysuits, intimates, gift cards and final sale items.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
